Hey! I’ve built a few client onboarding docs in Coda. Here’s what I’ve found works well:
**Core sections:**
1. Client info table (company, contacts, contract details)
2. Kickoff checklist with due dates and owners
3. Documentation handoff tracker
4. Communication log
5. Success metrics/goals
**Tips:**
- Use automations to send reminder emails when tasks are overdue
- Add a progress bar that calculates based on checklist completion
- Create a client-facing view that hides internal notes
If you want something more structured with built-in workflows, Process Street has some solid onboarding templates you can adapt the structure from. But honestly, Coda’s flexibility is great for customizing to your specific process.
