I’ve had a great ride with Coda.io and won’t give it up for anything 
Let me make this one clear before any other comments!
However, here is friendly suggestion (unless this has been made clear but I, as a user, have not read it) …let’s make it more obvious and visible that the max you can get by referrals for your doc being copied or someone signing up is $500 …
Here is why (humbly) I think this might be a bit of a struggle for users…
It’s a matter or a question of quick wins vs long term wins…
If you ask me (someone who has reached $500 his threshold in the first 20 days) tit would be wise to think about $5 instead of 10$ so you can keep new users creating free templates for prolonged time rather than having user produce templates for quick wins 
I honestly hope you get my point here
