If you have two docs, I doubt that you need the Enterprise plan.
What features of the Enterprise plan are you looking for?

I work in the medical domain and we’re planning to store sensitive patient-related data in a Coda doc. From what I understand, the Enterprise plan seems to be the only option that offers stronger security controls, especially for HIPAA-level requirements around data storage and transfer.
Which plan would you recommend for our use case? Also, if you have any idea about the Enterprise plan pricing, could you please share an estimate?

Yes, If you need HIPAA level security you will need Enterprise.
The only way to get Enterprise pricing is to speak to Coda directly. They’re really helpful.

I have a number like 5400 dollar per year in mind. Something like that or maybe even more in 2026. Thanks to keep us posted after having the feedback of Coda in your mailbox. Cheers, Christiaan

Welcome to the community 
There’s a plan/tier called “self serve enterprise” and it’s for a single doc maker and somewhere between $72-96 a month (can’t remember exactly but definitely under $100). This was pre-grammarly acquisition so not sure if currently able to be purchased/subscribed to for new accounts. You’ll need to reach out to coda sales directly.
