@Ruggy-Joesten I missed the live event. Is there a recording?

I will be sending a recap of the conversation in the next day or so on this thread.

Thanks to everyone who joined our latest community roundtable! We shared an early preview of how Superhuman is exploring usage-based AI credits and gathered feedback directly from the community.

A few key takeaways:

  • Most core product experiences, including Grammarly writing support and standard non-AI actions, are expected to remain included in existing plans.
  • Credits would primarily apply to more advanced AI experiences, such as sophisticated agents, custom workflows, and multi-step AI tasks.
  • Individuals and team admins would get tools to understand where credits are being used and manage usage across people, products, and agents.
  • Superhuman plans to provide clearer guidance on which features use credits and what typical usage looks like.
  • The goal is to make AI usage transparent and manageable while continuing to support experimentation and the development of valuable new workflows.

The discussion generated thoughtful questions about predictability, administrative controls, development and testing, and how usage will work across Superhuman products. This was an early feedback session rather than a final announcement, and the team will continue incorporating community input as the approach develops.

We’ll follow up in this same thread with answers to questions we couldn’t cover live. Thanks again to everyone who participated and shared candid feedback!
