Hi. Every time I start a new document the AI box is there taking up a lot of the screen on the side, by default. This OBVIOUSLY should be optional - users should have the ability to disable this default setting. Why should we have to switch it off every time.
Some of us hate AI, just hate it. Let us hate it! What’s the big deal? Stop trying to convince us. Nothing you say about features and efficiency etc etc, nothing will change our minds. That should be okay! Let people hate things! Let us just have a normal document. I love it so much that way, i’ve been evangelising about it quite loudly too - I’m an exec in tech and a trainer/educator, I recommend it to so many people - so many new people use Coda because of me. They all don’t like AI either!!!
Let us turn it off. It should really be off by default honestly and then let people switch it on etc. That way surely we can all just be fine.
I love everything else about Coda which is now Superhuman, it has changed my life, helps me so much. But I don’t want to even see mention of AI when I am trying to work. I don’t even want to see the awful little AI button in the corner honestly.
