I’ve been having my main doc fail to do any automation the whole day since midnight, as it feels like it gets signed out of google every hour. This affects both Gmail and Google calendar packs. When it needs to refresh, it gives out a “13 Internal Error” and when it comes to an automation creating a calendar event it gives an “IsDelayedError = true”. Haven’t found anything online - has anyone been having these issues today too? Re-signing in manually makes it work for an hour-ish (but only if done through the pack interface in the doc, doing so through the account settings page doesn’t work).
Hello there, just to share (same kind of issue with Gmail Pack) : I signed in again my gmail account in Pack settings, and so far it seems that that fix solved the issue
There was an earlier outage that affected Packs that use OAuth2; namely, they failed with an internal error when attempting to refresh the access token. The engineering team has identified the issue and released a fix recently. Please let us know if you continue to see any issues so we can escalate.
