How can I change time formula's format?

Hi, Could someone please show me how to display the output of time-based formulas in 24hr time? For example, I would like the output of my formula below to generate: Wed, 1 Apr 2020 17:17:13 +1000 instead of: Wed, 1 Apr 2020 5:17:13 PM +1000 Concatenate(Format("{1}, {2} {3} {4}",left(Today().WeekdayName(),3),Today().Day(),left(Today().MonthName(),3),Today().Year())," ",ToTime(Now())," +1000") Any help would be greatly appreciated.
