How to create a rounded rectangle image?

Rounded rectangles are everywhere - Coda even applies a rounded rectangle formatting to uploaded images.

However, ImageURL columns are treated differently:

Rectangle() creates a hard cornered rectangle and ClipCircle() creates a circle - how can our linked rectangles get the Rounded Rectangle love that their uploaded counterparts do?
