I am writing here because I opened a support ticket on tuesday for a feature that is bugging, and I have still not received any response yet.
As I already encountered such behavior in the previous months (no support response at all) and as I know other Coda users have the same issue, I ask it here :
To Coda users : Do you also encounter such support delays?
To Codans : Is Coda’s support still working? Can you please make it better?
(Answering within 24h is a good first step when we are raising critical issues…)
They used to answer within hours and were extremely helpful, but since the integration with Grammarly’s support platform and/or team it’s much worse. The only ticket I opened recently was never answered.
@Emma_Wyatt You started looking for answers about support a few weeks ago. Now it is time to share answers : Do you know why support is not supporting anymore?
An update here: you should have seen something from our support team over the weekend. Let me know if that’s not the case and I can dive in again. Thanks for your patience, and apologies again for a frustrating experience.
