Is it possible to replace a value that exists already in a select column?

I have a select column with existing values. I’d like to swap on value for another. I know I could filter the column and replace one by one… but is there another way to do it?

A one time option would be to filter, change the value for the first row, copy the cell, select all the cells you want to update and paste.
