I really love this feature as it helps me create a calendar based on the event emails I receive!
Love how AI can be mixed with specific column types too! 
An idea for improvement: adding a “disable if” option to control and limit AI use.
For example, I want AI to detect subject and date only for emails corresponding to some criteria (oui/non column in the picture).
For now AI column applies AI to all rows without distinction.
