Unfortunately I observe that functions / formulas with User() do not work on custom domains - is there a way around this? It doesn’t grap the user information. I want it to recognize whether a user is logged in or not - in the published URL this works very well, but as soon as it is done via a custom domain it no longer works. If I embed a form via embed, then the user is recognized in the embedded form. Does anyone know a solution?
I am pretty sure this has been discussed in this forum - if I remember correctly the conclusion was that published domains do not have the same functionality as published coda links.

I’ve also created a website on a custom domain bought on Namecheap, and encountering the same issue as the one raised in this thread. My main domain, https://copy-ai-project.org, works well, but I can’t get https://www.copy-ai-project.org to also redirect to it. The Coda help pages state that you need to set up “domain redirects” through our DNS provider, but I couldn’t get it to work.
Namecheap does have a functionality for “URL Redirect”, but this doesn’t seem to work (I think it was primarily intendet to be used when the target is an entirely different domain, not just www → @). I’ve also tried to fix it through a CNAME record, but it doesn’t work either. Any ideas?
Yes, you’re right, it does seem the problem came from my DNS sources. It has been like this for many hours, so I thought they would have updated by now, but apparently not. Anyway, thanks for the help!

I spoke too soon unfortunately. The problem of the “www” subdomain (https://www.copy-ai-project.org) not redirecting to https://copy-ai-project.org seems to persist. Strangely enough, it did work for a short period of time, before it stopped working again.
