Hi Everyone - We have a framework/guide titled Roadmap to Regional Innovation, that we have developed with partners and communities in Canada. We are in the process of turning it into a living collaborative document, and have chosen Coda to do so.

I would love to see any similar documents (in approach, not context) that would be useful for us to draw lessons from.
