Please add a compact/dense inbox view on iOS

I really love Superhuman Mail, but the redesigned iOS inbox currently uses too much vertical space. This makes it difficult to scan a large inbox quickly because relatively few messages are visible on the screen at once. I don’t know if this is a bug per se, but it now seems like I see fewer messages on my iPhone screen than in the previous version.

I would really appreciate an option to reduce the height of each inbox row, ideally with controls for how much preview text is displayed.

For example, it would be extremely helpful to have options such as:

  • Compact: sender + subject, with little or no preview text - one line or two lines max
  • Default: the current layout
  • Comfortable: more preview text / spacing

Or even better, simply allow users to choose the number of preview lines shown beneath each message.

The current layout gives quite a lot of vertical space to each message, which means I can only see a relatively small number of emails at once. For people who use their inbox as a high-volume triage tool, being able to see more messages at a glance is extremely valuable.

This is particularly noticeable on iPhone (16 Pro, in my case), where screen real estate is limited. A compact option would make the new iOS app feel substantially faster and more information-dense without requiring any change to the underlying functionality.

Please consider adding an inbox density / compact view setting. It would be great to be able to choose how much information I see per message rather than having the row height determined entirely by the current design.

Thank you!
