Removed User Still Appears in @ Mention Autocomplete in Workspace Comments

I am facing an issue where a user who has been completely removed from our workspace still appears in the mention suggestions (using @) when writing comments.

Steps taken:

  • I have confirmed the account is removed from the Members & Roles list.

  • I have verified the user no longer has any access permissions.

Despite this, their name still pops up in the suggestion dropdown. Is there a way to force a re-sync of the member directory or clear the workspace’s metadata cache to stop suggesting this deactivated account?

I’m not 100% sure either, but I’d love to know the answer to this too! Hopefully someone from the community or the Coda team can shed some light.
