I think I already know the answer, but maybe someone has a good workaround.
I manage construction sites and we have a huge task list with to-dos for all the contractors involved. Ideally, each contractor should only see their own tasks — and do so without needing a Coda login.
I’ve set up an external page where each contractor has a key: when they enter it, their tasks are shown. The problem is, this only works if they’re logged in, which many contractors don’t like doing.
Does anyone have an idea for solving this?
Basically, I just want to share a filtered list.
