Summarize working in Tables with Subitems too

It would be great if Summarize would work not only in ordinary tables when they are grouped, but in nested tables with subitems activated too.

This would help me calculate the progress percentage for project phases when using subitems or creating budget tables for project management work.

Thanks for sharing this, @Erich_Althaus!

As a workaround, you could add a formula column to the parent row that calculates progress from its Subitems relation. For example:

thisRow.Subitems.Filter(Status = "Done").Count() / thisRow.Subitems.Count()

That result could also populate a progress bar. This works best for direct subitems and may require additional formula logic for multiple nested levels.

That said, having Summarize support subitems natively would make project progress and budget rollups much easier to build and maintain. It’s a great idea, and I’ll share this use case with the team!
