Hey everyone!
Thank you for joining our (first ever?) AMA with the product team! We will get started at 11am PT.
TL;DR: To ask a question, hit the big purple REPLY button at the bottom of this post to start a new question thread. Full details on questions, follow-ups, and timing below!
Before we dive in, we just want to take a second to say thank you. So many of you have been in this forum since 2018, pushing us, poking us, and holding us accountable to build the best product we possibly can. We know there’s still a long list of features you’re waiting on, and we’re not going to pretend the work is done. But the fact that you’re still here, still asking, still caring, is exactly why we keep building. Please don’t stop holding our feet to the fire.
What today is about
This AMA is themed around yesterday’s Superhuman Docs launch, so we’ll be prioritizing questions on that topic first. If we have time left over for off-topic questions, we’ll get to them — but no promises! Some things we’re already expecting (and excited) to talk about:
- Why the name change?
- What’s different about the new Docs AI? And did we give our old pal Gregg a proper send-off? (Deep cut for the real Coda nerds out there.)
- Am I going broke paying for all these awesome features I now can’t live without?
- What do Lane and Evan do to have such great hair? Not Docs-related, but we know you’re all dying to know.
Timing
We’ll kick off right at 11:00am PT and wrap at 12:30pm PT.
How to post a question
We’re using Discourse’s threaded reply feature to keep things clean, so please start any new question using the big purple "Reply" button here:
Following up
Once someone from the team replies to your question, we’ll generally leave it there. If you’ve got a follow-up, feel free to use that same reply button on the thread:
Just know we’ll be prioritizing new questions over going deep on any one thread, so we may not always get back to a follow-up before time’s up.
