Table Results- Formula Help

I am trying to get a master table with lookups from two other tables to produce a specific output.

A+B=C.
A+D=E

I swear I am missing something silly here…

But you must please provide a little bit more info. It can get a little tricky sometimes to link tables together, depending on the needs.

Here is a sample doc for what I am trying to replicate. I would like to use the likelihood and impact fields as drop downs which then would output a dynamically changing risk indicator based on those inputs.
