Hi all, I’ve been handling mass mails the same way for years in Coda (to users of our business) and I’m wondering about an alternative to centralize this. Right now, it’s done on a per doc basis. I add a custom template I made to the doc that looks like this.
I’m trying to break up some of the bigger docs (one in particular is massive) and would love to centralize mailing in one place. I’m wondering how others handle this? Right now the format() message output column has to be recreated for every data source, which is a pain.
I’m wondering if anyone out there has another solution for this? I haven’t fundamentally changed this approach in years so I’m wondering if some new feature supports a change?
