Card View: How Format View like on Coda help page?

Specifically I’m interested in achieving the format of the header and circle cutout image in the upper-right (which the text also wraps around).

To make the Name appear colored, use conditional formatting on that column as below..

Perfect follow-up tip—thank you! In my case, I imagine I’ll make use of the conditional formatting beyond the basic highlighting based on the work type (currently using for creative projects).
