The buggy search bar loads immediately after the first letter is typed, as usual, but then takes you out of the search bar, making it impossible to continue typing.

Yes, same here.
After typing the first letter, the list refreshes and the focus jumps out of the search bar, which prevents continuing the search. It’s especially noticeable on the “cards” views.
NB: I’ve also opened a support ticket about this.

For my part, I still have the problem with large tables displayed in “cards” view (2000 rows).
