Countdown to Read-Only: How to revert?

Hey guys!

I need some help. I’ve been using Coda for personal reasons and everything was working fine. A few days ago, I invited my boyfriend to my workspace just so he could copy my to-do tracker layout. I removed him right after, but since then, I’ve been getting a message saying my doc exceeds the size limit and will become read-only in 6 days.

I’m really afraid of losing everything I’ve built so far! I’m still a bit of a newbie, so I don’t know exactly what triggered this or how to fix it. I don’t want to upgrade, I just want my personal doc back to normal. Does anyone know how to solve this?

And, I checked ‘Members and Roles’ and my boyfriend is no longer there. I’m the only member. Also, the workspace is not published.

Thank you!

hi @Samantha_Dell_Vecchio_Esteves

Your doc probably is shared directly with your boyfried
If you take a lookn on the pricing table, the doc size is only unlimited if it is a unshared one.
If you removed him from your workspace, check in the sharing options of the doc, clicing on share. If he is listed there, you need to remove him.

Cheers

Thanks for your message, Felipe, but I don’t think that is the case. As you can see in the image, he is actually in my workspace, but he is not in my ‘Share’ list.

Later, I offboarded him and he hid the workspace from his view, but the ‘read-only in 6 days’ message is still appearing.

Hi

you have the “Anyone on the internet with the link” option set, and this is a type of sharing.

You need to remove the access from anyone with the link to Coda consider as a unshared doc
