Does anyone know if Coda’s bell notifications appear on mobile as regular push notifications, like WhatsApp?
I’m wondering if they show up instantly on the phone or only inside the app when you open it.

Hi Carlos,
You need to enable push notifications in the Coda app → Notifications → Setting icon → Mobile notifications
But in my experience the app is not always reliable. At the moment in my Pixel 9a I can’t even press the toggle.

So if I tap the button and it doesn’t activate, then there’s no solution, right?

It should be the solution, but if it doesn’t work for you either then it’s likely a bug. Let customer service know and hopefully they will fix it soon.

I wouldn’t recommend using that feature either. But the good news is that there are some workarounds. I don’t know your specific use case, but if you have an Android phone, take a look at the app “Macrodroid.” With it, you can create notifications and connect them to Coda.
