I’m only have 1 PROplan workspace but I accidenly deleted it,
how to restore it

I don’t think there’s a way to restore a workspace once deleted …
Now, if your workspace was empty (no docs/templates), as it’s the requirement to be able to delete a workspace, can’t you just create a new one ? 
If you’re worried about your pro subscription regarding that workspace or if you would like to try and restore the one you deleted, I can only suggest you to contact the support through Intercom …
