Native pagination for tables

Several similar requests already exist in the community, with discussions dating back to 2018. People have been asking for this for eight years, yet native table pagination still doesn’t seem to be available. It would be a useful improvement to the everyday experience of working with larger tables.

Could Superhuman Docs add an option to show 25, 50, or 100 rows per page, with Next and Previous buttons? Scrolling through a table with 500–2,000 rows is difficult. Pagination is a common, familiar way to browse large lists, and it works well.

Currently, using a formula to show only 25–50 rows can also hide choices in the table’s filters.

For example, if a company appears only in row 74, showing the first 50 rows can make that company disappear from the filter list. It looks like the company has no records, even though it does.

With native pagination, filters should search all records. Selecting a company would then show its matching rows, 25 or 50 at a time.

This would make large tables easier to use and could help them load and display faster.
