Hi everyone,
I’m unable to reset my Coda account password.
Every time I request a password reset email and click the link, I immediately get this error:
This link is no longer valid. Please restart the sign-in process.
400: Parameter ‘correlation_id’ is invalid
I’ve already tried:
- Requesting a new password reset email multiple times.
- Using only the most recent email.
- Opening the link immediately after receiving it.
- Trying different browsers (Safari and Chrome).
- Using both my phone and my computer.
The error happens on the very first click, so it doesn’t seem like the link is expiring.
Has anyone experienced this before or knows how to fix it?
