Pubic link to a row without disclosing the whole table

Is there any way to view a row with a url link that just opens the row in a form view, without showing the information of the whole table?

Im hoping to migrate from airtable to coda, and I just miniextensions now that have that capability.

The use case is to send information (just one row) to a person (who is not a usual collaborator) to view information, and that person should not be able to view any other records from the table.
