Hi everyone,
I’m on a Coda Enterprise workspace, and I’m trying to share only a single page of my doc (not the entire doc).
I’ve seen documentation and screenshots mentioning Page Permissions and the option to “Share this page” but in my doc, when I click Share, it only gives me the option to share the entire document, not an individual page.
Any guidance (or screenshots of where the Share this page setting should appear) would be super helpful. I’m trying to give each tester access to only their own UAT page without exposing the rest of the doc.
Thank you!

hi @Misha_Batoon , welcome to the community!
in your docs you have the option to bring in a page from an other doc, see screenshot below.
what you cannot do is share a url of that page only via email or slack.
give it a try and let us know if this has helped you out.
Cheers, Christiaan

Am I to understand that you cannot edit page-level permissions (those always inherit from the root document) but you can sync a page from another Document with different permissions, and that will inherit the permissions of its source document and not the document it’s synced under?

hello @Eric_Sipple , welcome to the community and thanks for asking.
it has been a while since we got an update on the page sharing feature.
as it is today, you can sync an existing page into a target doc, allow everybody to see it in the target doc (adapt the default settings), but you cannot yet give permission to the users of the target doc to edit the synced content of the source doc.
many of us are waiting for tables on workspace level which can be shared in different documents. It could be very well that we all have to wait for this update before seeing any improvement regarding the sync pages. You ask me about a time line? I would say early summer 2026.
Cheers, Christiaan
