Any formula to BULK Change status

I was working on the table and I was thinking if it is possible to create a column with CHECK BOX and then create button with FORMULA that says

When I push a button the status of all selected rows changed to the selected status (Control value or button) ,if only the box is checked

I am no programmer and need some help here.
