I was chatting with Docs AI and came across 2 bugs:
a) In one of the responses, it seems to have misunderstood my request and, on “create a canvas for me to download” (a habit from Perplexity), it started building things on the page canvas, so I hit the Stop button. However, after this, the Send button became unavailable, and I was never able to resume the chat until I refreshed the page.
b) The chat window disappears when switching ot embedded page. I know this might actually be by design because it probably can’t read embedded page content, but it feels a bit strange UX, especially if I am just clicking through pages.
It is a known bug that we’re tracking to find a way to reproduce it. I hope that in the next few days we’re able to sort this out!
It’s true. It’s a current limitation. We’re adding the ability to always load the chat on the side. Unfortunately, for now, if you open a row in a specific layout that overlaps with the analyst with the Docs AI, you cannot see it.
