Hello all! I have a display field being used that is overall longer than the width of the dropdown in other views - so I can’t actually see all the details I need to:
Is there any way to change this? Alternatively a way to pop up the crew list and check off the ones I want for the day would be great too…just haven’t sorted out how to do that lol.

dont think its possible to widen dropdown as its baked into UI - but maybe you can have a formula in display column that abbreviates name & position and limits to a number of characters?
for checking off, (tho it doesnt pop up) would be to use Display as “list”.

List is a thought!!! Sometimes getting focused on things means forgetting some of those other options exist. I will try it, thank you!
Baked in UI for the window size makes sense, but for my use case I don’t know that abbreviating would be the best option. Great thought to keep on the back burner though!
Nope…that list is WAY too long lol. It is actually behaving rather oddly, but I think I know why.
What would actually be amazing but I don’t think is even remotely possible - a modal window that can pull up for selecting crew/cast/whatever other option from another table. So you would maybe click a button “Select Crew” and a window pops open with the other table. You check off the ones you want and close the window. Mmmmmm dreams of cool things…
that can be achieved.
but dont know your setup i.e. if its originally a modal/pop up.
you cant have 2 modals open UNLESS one is a full one.
