Feature Request: Workspace-level default Page Options
Currently, the “New pages” tab in Page Options allows setting defaults for new pages within a single doc. However, there is no way to apply these defaults globally across all new docs created in a workspace.
Requested behavior: Workspace admins should be able to define default Page Options (font, layout, page width, header visibility, etc.) at the workspace level, so every new doc starts with the same consistent settings — without having to configure each doc manually or rely on template copying.
Use case: Teams with brand/style guidelines need consistent doc formatting. Today, this requires either manual setup per doc or duplicating a template doc every time — which adds friction and leads to inconsistency.
Suggested solution: Add a “Workspace defaults” section under Workspace Settings → Appearance (or similar), mirroring the existing Page Options panel.
