If I understand correctly: as soon a s a doc is shared all pages inherit these sharing priveliges? It would be nice to be able to filter my docs and pages on the bases of “shared by me” is that possible?
Yes, when you share a doc, all pages of that doc are shared - including hidden pages (if the user has (or guesses) the url of a hidden page.
There is as far as I know not a way to filter docs on the bases of “shared by me”. There are no settings for sharing just pages, so I am leaving that part of your question out of this reply.
