I found this new feature
It’s great one, but it’s frustrating as there is no way to go back from a table page into a table.
How can I do this?
you cannot and I agree that is frustrating. like you, I foundout the hard way. I would welcome a togle to restore the table as it was.
the main advantage is that the name of the page remains the same as the name of the table and vice versa.
I tend to have a call out on each database page explaining the role of the table and how it links to other tables. This helps the human and also the AI to understand directly the context. This is not possible on the table page. You only have a table.

I love the table pages for the extra screen real estate and have converted most of mine. It’s very satisfying and the title renaming is very helpful in keeping things organized. But I agree they lack some form of built-in documentation. I did a similar thing to @Christiaan_Huizer where I would have a lightweight callout at the top of the page with key info and links to further documentation where necessary. The option to have something like this (maybe something like an “info” icon that can be expanded into a canvas) on table pages would be very helpful for both humans and agents.
Another downside is: you cannot nest helper tables inside the main database table like you do with tables inside pages and subpages.
And the “bigger work area” that is the main claim for this new feature it’s really not that relevant if you’re already working with full width pages.
I am sorry by what is exactly nest helper tables? Can you give me an example?
Sorry, I just meant this. I tend to organize my tables and their related helper tables in pages and subpages to keep them grouped, instead of having a single big list.
In this case, DB_Phase Name, DB_Status, and DB_Resources are all related to DB_Project Phases, so they are all nested under it.
Now instead, using table pages, it becomes one single list of items
and you need to create empty main pages to group them

But why this even happens? How it differs from before? Are they still pages, so can be rearranged in any order?
this is indeed one the issues they have to solve (nesting pages with tables to have a visual clue about what relates to what).
My default setting for table pages in full width.
currently only the page & table name correspondence remains a little plus, but it is not enough to move my pages with tables to table pages’.
